I love this pub. It would be perfect in many ways, but there are two things missing for the fifth star.
* More beer brands: Miller, Kotayk, Kikilia is good... But you are a pub. Offer some stout beer. Guiness ideally. and a bit more variation on international beers
* Sorry to be so blunt, but your pub stinks after cigarettes. People smoke everywhere and they smoke a lot. Create smoke free areas and make sure you have a better ventilation.
Aside from that, your pub is what one can wish for.
