The hotel is something like a business hotel, the rooms are small but they have everything you need. The location is very good, in the walking distance of everything! The variety for breakfast not too big but very delicious. The negative point though is that only normal coffee is included for breakfast, if you want cappuccino or espresso- you have to pay. The service at the reception is very very good, polite and efficient. They have nice bar on the terrace on front of the hotel, we stayed there quite often to enjoy warm autumn evenings.

Nice breakfast and friendly employees

The location of the hotel is great. Once you arrive you will appreciate the outdoor plants and the atmosphere. The rooms are good but you may not have the Ararat view that is offered on the corporate pictures; a bit small so you feel like you want to be outside all day and go there to sleep only. Breakfast is perfect and the customer service is quick and responsive; the only disappointment was asking for help to arrange transportation to Georgia and being neglected. Anyways I recommend the stay

Excellent place clean and good breakfast

Smallish rooms, very comfortable and fairly modern, friendly staff. The restaurant is good, and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby. Convenient location.
