It was my first trip to Yeravan. I got a very good VIP room with all facilities. It was a suite with a swimming pool which I never expected. Awesome. Reception staff were cooperative. Breakfast also good. I recommend this hotel to guests

TL;DR my privacy was violated in this hotel, and the staff acted very carelessly about this. While I was preparing for taking a shower, somebody opened my hotel room door and I had to grab something quickly to cover myself. It was a guy with his child. When I went to the reception to complain about this, the staff reaction was that he was staying in that room the day before, so it was nothing serious if the former guest still had access to the room with his card. WHAAAT !? I am curios if her reaction would have been the same, if somebody had entered her hotel room. Also, all my stuff were in that room. What would have happened if I had not been in the room, and the people had stolen my stuff?? So, beware of your things and yourself when booking this hotel. For me it was the weirdest and one of my most embarrassing moments in my life

Very comfortable beds, the doorman (George, if I'm not wrong) is a very nice man who makes you feel welcome, he also helps you unload all the excess that you carry when you newly arrive at the welcome of the hotel, the cleaning staff do their job well; leaving the room spotless, the rooms are spacious and alive, there is the issue of not having halal meat ,however, that being said the vegetarian alternatives will not make this a noticeable issue.

Great experience with Deluxe. Staff spoke beautiful English and were more than polite, helpful when we experienced some trouble with our luggage arriving late. The only downsides would be lack of dairy free products in the breakfast and missing an elevator.
