Pro- A small hotel besides the cascades. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best I have seen in the region. Highly recommend and will be visiting next time also. Cone- The breakfast menu needs little bit more items. Must visit budget hotel

Best hotel ever....extremely well mannered staff that goes out of their way to satisfy any guests query.... i loved it and will recommend anyone travelling to yerevan to look no further than casacde hotel....excellent location, good for value rooms and 5 star guest experience given by the staff.....

We love this place! Great service.. nice staff.. good breakfast.. and one of the best is harvesting sweet cherries which my son and husband love the most! Its in the city center where everything is just a walking distance... and the place is peaceful... Highly recommended
