It is unbelievable what you see when you enter the garden (and the cafe inside it). It amused me how different it is from outside and the moment you are inside it!! A must see!!! I have seen the rooms but never stayed for the night though but I am guessing it would be an amazing experience too. It is one of the places you'd remember from Armenia!

Great place, typical Armenian house with inner garden. Good restaurant friendly staff. Choose to metro, 30 mins walk from city center. They wave carpets and have a gorgeous collection of ancient rugs.

No elevator, breakfast very small, stuff uncooperative, over priced and from inside looks like a market not a hotel

By far it is the best boutique hotel in Yerevan Armenia. We hope we an go there again and have our family reunion. Location is good. The staff are wonderful.
