The hotel was somewhat ok but the rooms weren't good and the service was slow. The food wasnt good at all

One of the most friendliest hotel staff you can come across in life. They don’t treat you like a customer but a family member. The hotel itself feels like a family run business although it’s not. PROS 1) very friendly welcoming staff who’d go the extra mile to please a customer. 2) very affordable price 3) nice breakfast of local cuisine and delicious jams and sausages. 4) superb location. Directly in front of it you’ll find a beautiful garden with live music almost every night. 5) comfy rooms CONS 1) the hotel isn’t modern and could use a renovation. 2) the gym/spa doesn’t have a direct access from within the hotel. You have to go out the hotel and walk around. Plus, you have to pay extra fee to use it, not much but still not convenient since you can’t add the charges to the room but pay on the spot.

Rooms are very neat & clean, Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast, Overall experience was too good.. highly recommended. 5/5..

Very good hotel with honest and nice staff, always willing to help and make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with typical armenian dishes. Great location. If I come back to Yerevan I will stay at this hotel.
