I am booked at this hotel from 16 to 19 May, 2019 and I am glad to be booked in this hotel. It's clean, quiet and staff are very much friendly and helpful. If you are English speaking only always have your concerns addressed at the reception and they will definitely help you. Staff are all accommodating and smiling. Located in a quiet part of the city, not so busy but very accessible to metro, taxi and buses. If you are in Yerevan it's always a good thing that most of the areas you must visit are easily accessible by foot. In general people of Armenia are very pleasant though you will find very few people who speak English fluently. But that's not a problem... always bring a map or pictures of the places you want to visit. A good and safe destination even for solo traveller. Thank you very much. I will definitely come back and book in Bass Boutique Hotel again.

Reasonable price, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Size was good too. Receptionist spoke good English. No windows but there's a skylight with a curtain that doesn't cover all the way.

Stayed there when visiting Yerevan for couple of days. Best quality for money. Not too close to the city center which can be quite noisy. Great price for the location. Very friendly stuff, helped me a lot in a few occasions. Rooms are spacious and very clean. WiFi working. They even provide scales in the bathroom. Cannot say anything bad. Highly recommend!
