The hotel is perfectly located, everything is so close. Once you look outside your window you see how much life there is in Yerevan, with the beautiful view to the cascade. Staying at this boutique hotel was a memorable for me and my family. With great view of Cascade park and monuments nearby, breakfast was delicious, the portions were toooo big as Armenian hospitality ))). Owner Maria was as bright as Armenian sun ))). We will return back in summer.

I have stayed for three months at this truly wonderful place. It is perfectly located in the heart of Yerevan next the the famous Cascade and nestled in a street of cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is designed with integrity and attention to detail living up to its proclamation of a 'boutique hotel'. Most importantly, though, the owner Maria made my stay truly memorable by going out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Always adding new elements such as homemade breakfast or new furniture--she anticipated my every need and made sure that my stay was always interesting and inspiring. Questions about tours, sights, and local tips were always provided. In short, thank you--I loved my time.
