Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. This hotel is great. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem. Breakfast is okay but could be a bit more varied.

Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) ) The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine. Recommended!

Super place in the heart of town, with really friendly, knowledgeable and English-speaking staff. What a great introduction to Yerevan! (May 2016)

Tidy hotel. Quite and big rooms. Friendly staff. However older people will need assistance to reach on feet due to elevation
