Very small rooms and small hotel. Rooms are compact as cabins, but kept clean n nicely. Super Store just outside. Centrally located in major historic attractive locations and shopping n restaurant nearby.

A small hotel hidden in the basement of a large residential block of flats does not sound that enticing. How wrong you could be.
Firstly the location is wonderful. Walk to the metro, cascades, supermarkets and Republic square quickly.
Secondly the hotel is nicely setup. Comfortable and quiet rooms, great shower and small fridge. Only downside is the breakfast, which has to be eaten at a time defined by you, which is a little strange, and is not that filling.

was a good hotel for those who do not stay at the hotel during the day and use it as a place to sleep. Positivr side are:the rooms was clean and comfortable, the hotel located in city center and you can get anywhere easily, the hotel staff were kind and helpful.
the negative parts are: the neighbourhood of the hotel wasn't good, the breakfast was not good and you did not have a choice.
Anyhow, If I go to Yerevan again, I would go there foe shore. everything was good compared to the price.
