Rude manager, and inconsistent handling of the guest. I have arrived at 4 am from the airport, the Taxi driver brought me there, he suggested it, I paid for one night $40, arriving in the morning it was being considered as the evening after night, not the one that had just passed, as per the night receptionist. In the afternoon, the harrassment began by calling me and telling me I need to check out! Thus reversing and contradicting their night front desk employee. They then knocked on my door and they would not want to understand that this is their problem if they had a misinformed, misspoken night clerk, not mine. The situation got real ugly and obscene, like talking (shouting) to walls. Finally, came the turn of the manager swinging his weight around. I didn't want to stay in Yerevan on my first night with such a way of Armenian welcoming... so it was. I hadn't had slept yet.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and very nice staff. They were always open to help if we had any questions. However, sleeping in this place is not very easy. Even during the night, you can clearly hear the cars from the street. Additionally, the walls are very thin and it is easily possible to hear people from the other rooms. The reason it is so noisy is, that it is very central, really close to a metro station but many good things like supermarkets are easily reachable by feet.

Very central, clean and cosy, great hospitality, good breakfast, value for money.

Decent small hotel. It's good for solo travellers for 1 or 2 nights. Decent prices, not good breakfast.

The place was good. The lady behind the desk was very nice and helped us out a lot. The rooms are clean and big enough. The only thing that was really bad was the wifi since it was very unreliable.
