-- car was clearly unfit for driving: among other things, I had to visit a repair shop to fix a previously damaged wheel (of course, I had pointed out at pick up that the wheel did not look right, but the agent brushed me off and just said it was fine) -- they gave me GPS equipment with outdated maps and faulty WIFI portable router -- staff was extremely rude and unpleasant Word of advice: stay away from this company

Toyota Prado was not available. Gave to replace the Mercedes s450. They said that for 1 day, then they will change it to the car that we ordered. Received a car more than an hour later than the specified time. This day reached the city without special incidents. The next day the car turned out to be faulty: the stove did not work (in winter !!!), foglights, the engine asked for oil, the windows were sweating, the hatch was opened to get rid of fogging, then they could not close it. They called the landlord, described the problem, they said they will change it now. They returned the car at 15:08. (In fact, they used it for 1 day and 2 hours). In the evening at around 7 p.m. they began to call themselves, since no calls were received from the landlord. They began to apologize for the faulty car, but refused to return the money for the essentially unproven service. We also refused to continue renting, since it is not known what adventures awaited us yet. While we were talking, the nimble manager wrote off the full amount of the lease from us and blocked the insurance deposit. Bottom line: for two incomplete days we paid 63,000 drams to the rental company and 90.55 euros for a car rental for a faulty car! Spoiled your vacation and got sick! Wonderful service Armenia!
