The car i got transmission was BAD and they offered smaller car with no refund. Very Used and Abused car we got.

We rented a Nissan X-Terra that was delivered to our hotel and the car was in bad condition and the interior very dirty plus (probably uncleaned for years), the tyre pressure sensor indicator illuminated on the dash board to which the Sixt Agent replied "it is normal" (it is normal to have a fault in the car?!?!?). Customer service recovery was poor, the agency did not care at all about our complaint.

It can not be that he needs almost an hour per customer.
