Great guest house! Low price. Stayed four with kids. Everything is clean, very comfortable. Towels are changed, the room is cleaned every day. Breakfasts were included, which is undoubtedly a plus. The room has a refrigerator, split, TV. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly hosts. We really enjoyed!

Excellent hotel, hospitable staff (in particular, the director) and comfortable living conditions. I have a huge experience of living in various hotels, because I often travel by work and, without exaggeration, I can give this a maximum amount of points. The rooms are all equipped with LCD TVs with prefix, air conditioning, as well as newly made European-quality repair. The premises are cleaned daily, the breakfasts are always fresh and tasty, served exactly on time. The close proximity to the center, a lively infrastructure. (The nearest metro station is Eritosardakan, two blocks away). I recommend visiting both tourists and seconded people!
