During these 7 hours, no employee approached, did not inquire about the condition of the passengers, did not report why the flight was delayed, changed the departure time only on the screens, the children were exhausted, there was NOT anything left to eat in the vending machines with chips and candies. After such a flight, I decided to choose this airline again for the return flight! BUT DARE !! The flight was good, calm and fast. There were no delays, everything was done on time. But, on this all is well over. Already at the Sochi airport, at the time of baggage claim, one suitcase was without a cover, all scratched, and the other received 40 minutes after waiting, the employee took it out in the clear. When asked why it was opened, they said that he flew from Yerevan this way. With a child in my arms I did not complicate this issue, I looked at first glance, everything was in place. BUT, what right has an employee WITHOUT my presence to open my suitcase, examine it, and NOT closing it, send it to another city. Or, if this happened at the Sochi airport, why did you open it again WITHOUT my presence? !! Where were the employees of the airline URAL AIRLINES, which must protect the rights of their customers, and do everything to ensure that the trip is calm and comfortable ?! Very disappointed in this company, and this is exactly our LAST flight.
