The worst airline ever! I've lost my baggage and it's already the 25th day I don't have it. The strangest thing was that the desk operator told I was not the first or the last one. Imagine how many passengers lose their baggage during a year. That's pity, people trust their lives, while you can't even deal with the baggage. I definitely won't choose flydubai again.
