Guys have problem with the time management. Very unprofessional customer service - if you have an appointment - they can just reschedule your time, without inform you. So you have to wait....
Maybe they are good artists but they don't know what is customer service and customer satisfaction.....sad.

I like Gago, talented , funny, and creative artist. I have done my tattoo and turned to be great. But the place got 2 major problems, he is always late, doesn't respect appointments, 2nd his staff are not qualified at all and know nothing about the business nor how to work on a simple art photoshop, I had to intervene and do by myself ( the 3 star is for that )
