There contact center doesn't respond for most of a time, when I've complained about this operator replayed that she is the only one on phone, so call center is complete mess. Regarding booking appointment, all places are taken about month ago. And the biggest concern, this company is charging you almost twice the price of actual visa costs which is totally ridiculous plus they are charging even more for some essential services. I really hope that places like this will close in nearest future.

Dear All, I was in your centre today 25-07-2019. I applied for visiting visa and paid money for priority service. I was told that you are going to post my passport which it makes the process longer especially for the people who are not from Armenia. So many other centres give receipt and people can collect their passport. Please amend your system this method is wrong if people don’t have address they may get problem.The passport can be lost by post. The best method is collecting from centre.If you want to post it has to be chosen by the applicant not your choice. I am waiting to see how many days would it take.
