Have been their client for last 15 years, which has advantages and disadvantages. Advantage is that I am happy with the quality of service and overall experience is nice, but disadvantage is they don't have any loyalty benefits. Just simply all clients are on the same level despite how long or how much money you have with the bank, which is not a big deal, but something they should consider.

Most business unfriendly bank in Armenia and worldwide. Communication & business support is catastrophic. If you want to do business don't work with them.

Horrible service always busy you have to wait an hour in their shabby office just to get a card let alone it took them a week to replace it.

One of the worst banks in Armenia. The internal communication between head office and branches is not working efficiently. Service is slow and not customer friendly. In head office I was told on friday morning that transaction is done while on monday lunchtime there was a problem in two branches. After I asked to check with head office in one of the branches, they told me to go myself to head office as they dont have time Be aware of their working style before going there. !!!
