Horrible lines and not working support services. Spent almost 20 hours in a line (summarised) to get a card that had taken a month to get done. Didn’t understand always ironical attitude of workers. Advise you to go to any other bank if you are officially employed.

Just a nice building, nothing more. Staff is very slow and there are huge queues at peak hours. Very often personnel gives contradicting answers to the same question, and in the end you should always pay more, than you intended. If you have an option, you should choose a more customer-friendly bank. Though, their phone service was excellent, and this is the only reason I gave two stars to this bank.
