I am kind of surprised the main branch has the highest rating of all Evoca Bank Branches because it seems to be the most crowded and if you arrive during the rush hour you might not find an empty seat. However, as with other Evoca Bank branches their services are professional and the staff is honest (ie they revealed to me that Armenian Citizens get a slightly higher interest rate on deposits and saved us some money as I used my relative to benefit more).

Horrible Service. Can’t make payments due to time zone restrictions absurd...and now can not log in to my account doesn’t even give me option to reset an account password. Never had such a horrible service from bank. Also no one been able to help with solving problems with paying my bills from overseas from mobile app. Overall very unhappy. Won’t recommend this bank!
