The best place in Yerevan for view as it is good to walk up to the complex for your first day in Yerevan and enjoy the view of the city, Mount Ararat.
The complex has also escalators so in case you don't want to take the stairs it is possible to take the escalator and appear in short time on the top of the complex.

so this place kinda reminds me of somewhere else in Tbilisi, Georgia (Vake Park) though i have been to this place first and then to the Tbilisi one. it has 750 steps (as far as i know and remember) but it also has an elevator. in general it has a nice landscape of Yerevan and Ararat mountain. there is an art museum as well as a garden. there are a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby.

I was a little skeptical before talking to the folks at 24 Hour Water Damage Plano but once I got to know them, I knew I made the right choice. Their workmen are polite, skilled, and know their job well. What I loved about them was the prompt service too – their professionalism told about a good company culture.

The second must visit place in Yerevan after the Genocide Memorial. The Cascade complex steps are amazing to climb and you get a view of much of the city at the top. The art, concrete, and water features are pretty amazing compared to the other structures int he city. The actual complex looks to be only half finished and there is a large gap int he middle when construction has stopped. Hopefully, one day it will be complete.

Cascade complex is definitely the best place in Yerevan. Very calm atmosphere, best cafes, there is no noise from cars, even people are kind of selected.
