Hotel is at good location, but when we checked in firstly they gave us the worst room in the hotel which was very small and not at all clean. Then after requesting they gave us the bigger, cleaner and new room. Room was good and spacious. Staff was helpful. You have everything nearby. Restaurant in the hotel was also nice.

I never arrived - my trip was cancelled because of Covid-19 fears. But Hotel Shirak graciously refunded me even though they were not obligated to - legally or otherwise. I will be visiting again, when the dust settles...

Hotel is located in a very accessible area in Yerevan. Staffs are polite. Lobby is nice HOWEVER, very old bathroom, toilet, carpet, furniture. Hotel needs fundamental upgrade and consideration. Breakfast is so simple.
I will I hope management will take advice and renovate the hotel

I loved this place. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It is very accessible too to anywhere in yerevan since it is in the city center. The view in my room was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The old looks of the rooms as some people say only adds to the beauty of it. I loved this hotel so much i will go back here when i will go back to visit armenia.

I had been a guest for 2 years at Shirak Hotel. We liked this hotel because of the location. However the breakfast needs lots of improvement. They have to provide us with a TOASTER for the bread & a coffee percolator. I HOPE when we come this year you will have the toaster & a coffee percolator. other than that the girls are friendly & we intend to come this year too.
