Nice place with good mannered and helpful staff. Rooms are slightly small, but well maintained. Has a nice cozy corner in the lobby. Also has a good sit out with great view of Mount Ararat. Choice of food is limited. Wide choice of hot and cold beverages and liquor is available. Cannot comment on heating as I did not need it in summer. Parking for 5 to 6 cars is available. Otherwise can park by side of road too.

As far as Indian food is concerned, a little bit of spice and chapatis will definitely make difference.
