Big rooms at a good price

Nice building, but there is no infrastructure, no good cafe, rusty water from the tap and not nice service, also no gym, no swimming pool, no any entertainment, no shops or souvenir shops etc. Opened roof without plants or cafe placed there, boring place, angry staff. Could be much better.

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are huge, there is everything from a mini-bar and slippers to bathrobes. Near two brandy factory-Noah and Ararat (a little further, across the bridge).
