It is far away from a 3 stars hotel, as they pretend to be. The service is funny, at best. After 4 nights here, the breakfast iszsup9to be from 8 to 10, the lady that prepares it never comes on time. She is at least 40 minutes late every day. At the reception they say that they would clean the room, which they never do. The air conditioning does a strong noise.

My first visit to Armenia One of the best hotels I have stayed! The place is grand spacious and the staff are really friendly and genuine. The breakfast restaurant in my opinion doesn't hold up to the rest of the hotels but overall, it serves what you need. Great place to stay ..If you need to go some were , they will help , or find something they will point you in the right direction . So far the best hotel I've been in yet .

It is good stay for bachelors rather than families. Apart from that everything was fine especially the people over there was very helpful.

great hotel !!!! I loved the hotel very much especially the staff. we became friends... it was my first time staying in that hotel and i know it wont be the last time. kind and nice staff. they were really helpful and they answer to all of my questions patiently. hotel had a lovely yard with a cute kitty playing around. breakfast was ok. you could use kitchen all day long in the lobby and serve yourself. rooms was clean with a good view to the town. they also could speak English fluent. Cool hotel a short walk from the centre, staff really helpful and happy. Breakfast was fine, and in nice quiet neighborhood
