Old, yet has all the essentials. Most welcoming, kind and genuine staff I ever met. Always going the extra mile, will to assist almost immediately. Decor is sad and tired, you be renovated to something m8re modern contemporary. Otherwise brilliant.

The location was wonderful. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The pool was very nice and our room was spacious. Front desk was very helpful.

Perfectly located, right on Republic Square, minutes away from the Metro and close to the main sights of the Vernissage. Easy to hail a taxi to the Matenaderan, the Kaskad, or to Tsitsernakaberd. Large rooms, nicely maintained and a gorgeous view of Republic Square. Good restaurants inside and outside, and lovely reception staff. The executive lounge was nice, with a good, hearty breakfast and a good selection of drinks.
