The rooms at the Boulevard are large and offer excellent value. The location of the hotel is central, but not noisy. Service is kind and attentive. There's room for improvement. My room was stiflingly hot and there was no obvious way to bring the temperature down. Bedding and furniture were on the basic side.

The hotel has a great location. It's very centrally located, and we did not need to use the car. The hotel is on an older side, but rooms are kept clean and cozy. Negatives: - We stayed in Yerevan after several days of experiencing Georgian and Armenian warmth and hospitality elsewhere. The staff at check-in was not very welcoming. The bartender showed us our way to the room. He stayed at the door for a long period of time. We later figured he had expected a tip. He was very rude after not having received a tip. - Rooms need some renovation - carpets are not pleasant for us - AC did not work (fast enough) - There's no parking, and the streets of Yerevan are a nightmare. Do not recommend coming here with a car.

I like this hotel very much. I have stayed there twice and it was great stay both. The rooms are clear with great white towels and bathrobe, the space is big, the bathroom is new and big. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast are very good. I really recommend you this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed and pillow. Even slippers and bathing coat. Nice breakfast. Everything worked. Highly recommended!

This is a solid place to rest and access the city. Well built, warm, and friendly service. It's not as independent or boutique as I would want but if that's less important then you'll be happy with the set up. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, WiFi sound and the breakfast is perfectly adequate.
