Maintenance of low-level rooms, very weak service at reception, bad wi fi

Best thing about North Avenue Hotel is its location, North Avenue Hotel is located at the heart of Yerevan, on the prestigious pathway called "North Avenue", this beautiful location is very close to Republic Square and Freedom Square, Rooms are bit small but good in interior and very clean

I wish I can give this hotel a zero star for their aweful customer service! I’ve tried to reserve two rooms for couple of weeks and was transferred to reservations. The unpleasant representative that I spoke with, her name was Ani. I had a difficult time understanding her English yet I did not want to hurt her feelings or be impolite about it and so I switched the conversation to Armenian language. To be frank, I don’t speak their Armenian very well yet I figured I’ll just give my best shot. Ani got very impatient, irritated and aggressive with me on the phone after I asked her like literally one question and this is exactly what she said to me in Armenian, “You don’t speak English, you don’t speak Armenian! What language do you speak then?” Why are you even calling here?” Those were her exact words. { Helloooo?! I speak English perfectly fine but obviously you don’t!! } Although, I did not say that to her but I did express that her insults are not appreciated! Obviously I did not make any reservations here or do I recommend this hotel! Instead I recommend Marriott Hotel.
