Very helpful staff... convinient location in the city

Beautiful room and a very nice breakfast buffet included. The rooftop restaurant is great for sunrise and sunset meals. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very close to everything in the city.

We stayed here for a week. Hotel is not as fancy as the pictures tell. Our shower’s water backed up and they didn’t or couldn’t fix it even though we asked for it. Our rooms got cold and they couldn’t provide us with a working heater and all they had to say was “wait and it’ll get better soon”. Rooms are noisy due to no sound proof windows. Rooms are generally clean but dark. Staff are prompt and get most of ordinary requests taken care of immediately. Affordable dry-cleaning is available. Skip 4th floor since laundry is on this floor and sometimes it gets loud. Good breakfast. Good location.

The conference hall is very suitable, the lunch is perfect, the restaurant in the top of hotel is one of the best and comfortable in Yerevan.
