Well let's say it's a hotel that is appropriately described as in need of a reconstruction (especially the exterior). I'm used to reviewing EU hotels, so I don't know what standards are applicable to the Armenian hotels, but in USA or EU, this would be a max 3 star 🌟 hotel, not 4. Friendly stuff and great tasteful breakfast save it from having 2 stars in my rating. I say if you can find a good price deal on this one, than fine come, otherwise come just for amazing breakfast 🍳 😂

Nice hotel in a quiet place, quite large rooms, bathroom with an actual bathtub. Breakfast with a reasonably good selection of options. The quality of tap water is quite high, but that seems to be a usual Erevan thing. Would recommend.

Best quality/price ratio and in the center! If you expect more - look at premium class hotels five times expensiver
