Plan with time at pick-up. One person for handling the documentation and bringing you to the car. You can wait up to 20 mins or more id he/she is bringing someone else to their car at the same time.

I usually go with Hertz as they seem to be more relaxed about the delivery condition of the car. This time, however, I went with Sixt Armenia for a rent of a medium sized car for two-three weeks in Armenia and Georgia. It was easy to get the car, and I got a close inspection of the car (which worried me a bit) before having the keys. I had booked vehicle return location in Tbilisi, where the friendly driver (who drove it back to Armenia) showed up an hour earlier than planned. As a result, he had done the inspection of the car beforehand, as it was parked on the streets. I told him, that I had replaced a wheel with the spare wheel due to a puncture from a skrew. Sixt Armenia did not charge me anything for the flat tyre, and I did not have the extra insurance. Furthermore, Sixt had no comments on the delivery condition, and the car was not clean and had probably also some scratches from the Armenian and Georgian roads.

Nice and lack of problems. Everything ok even when I returned a car to Sixt.

Its a poor rent a car I don't recommend to anyone,at the end they have a trick to charge you double
