The service is so bad. You have to call 5-6 times to get their attention and then they'll answer our doctor will call you back. Who calls the next day. And if you get the appointment congratulations you're lucky. I had severe pain and I was calling them and I got appointment after 4 days. And finally when I got the appointment with the doctor they said they'll have to do surgery. Literally it's the worst insurance agency I have seen so far here. They don't care at all.
