No doubts, after renovation it is the best hand crafted and trailer maid place in whole Armenia. The host is the most hospitable person I have ever met. His name is Hrach (on photos with me).
It is not traditional restaurant, it is grandma's kitchen with absolute love to each of the guests. The place is OK from breakfast to late dinner, from romantic events to business meetings.
I would give 6 stars if exists. Highly recommended and say my Hi to Hrach.

This place is very cozy and suitable to work, has a small terrace, they provide every customer with complimentary sweets, toffee and peanuts.
The prices are quite expensive though.

Avoid at any cost! Horrible service, culture and food, not all ingredients are fresh! Simple poached eggs took 50 min to prepare, and when aksed and complained about it, the best response they could give is a sarcasm. Don't even hope for an apology. No wonder they were the only open tables in a row. It will take tremendous efforts and training to keep the business open

We ordered frozen tiramisu. The price was marked 1400 drams on menu. However when they brought the bill its price was mysteriously 2900 drams. Very disappointed. This is fraudulent. If we weren't in a rush I would have called the manager.
Would not recommend it.
