I was looking for a gaming laptop and i still am, my first choice was to buy from Nout, but the only reason I didn’t cause they are out of stock, i went to 12 other stores, One of them was trying to sell me a notebook of GTX 1650TI as GTX 1660TI it was Asus Rog Strix, thank God i was going to pay at the last moment i did a last check with the serial number and this happened yesterday, and another store again I was gonna buy the asus rog strix, but he was giving me the one on the stand when i told him can you get me an unpacked one he didn’t agree so again i canceled, the thing is you don’t see this kind of stuff at nout, they maybe a little more expensive but it’s worth it in my opinion, i didn’t got my gaming laptop yet i am waiting whenever nout is going to get new products i will get one. They are just the best in Armenia, good job

I was just gonna say, that you guys are awesome! And for everyone else, who's complaining about the service or lack of professionalism, let me tell you about my experience: I wanted to buy new headphones, so I came across the lowest price in the market for original JBL headphones. Contacted nout.am and asked a billion of questions concerning both the conditions of shipping and other various questions concerning the possible availability of the model/colour of the headphones I wanted. Every question (sometimes with delays) was answered! Furthermore, they even tested the headphones and checked the proper function of them after I could not properly use the Google Assistant when connecting them to my phone. So exactly in two weeks I had my authentic JBL headphones and with every possible question asked. P.S. there is just one thing I wanted to add about the website: the day my headphones arrived the icon on the website said "available". However, the available model was the one that I ordered, so imagine if I wasn't the one that ordered it and I see one available on the website when in reality it is not. So it might be a lil bit confusing for the customers to understand whether the model they want is available or not judging only from the info on the website.

I guess this store has never heard about costumer support and ethics. Won't buy anything from there ever. P.S. The owner calls my review fake. You never heard of nicknames? Or I should enter my passport id as well in my email account )) At least I'm not asking my employees to leave extra-positive reviews and I'm not calling my customers fakes :) This behaviour speaks about your customer support level and my rating is just correct!
