Trying to make a order from usa for valentines day. Asked for a paypal bill to be directly sent because the webiste was not processing my order and got some run around lazy excuses. Needed manual assistance and got blown off. The service was poor. Its seems like fancy pictures on the internet but when you need services and specific orders your just left in the dust. I would be cautious of the assistance and service here if your odering from another country on their website. They just told me bascially to get lost and order from another store. This further gave me a very bad perspective and representation of how armenian people are..for that matter of the overall caucus mind sets. Even when i was in yerevan i received substandard services or even almost non-responsive cold service! I have heard of very absuive stories when i toured throughout armenia. Most of the customer service in these flowershops are sub standard. They stress out easily when confronted with simple problems. They do not understand the essence of quality customer service. They believe just being nice means its good customer service. its a far cry from western standard educated customer service. Their servies and kindness is only skin deep...
