Next Kids at Dalma Garden Mall store has a manager who has no idea what Customer Service is. Had an unpleasant experience at that particular store. Bought some stuff and wanted to return 2 days after, found out I didn’t have the receipt. First they said can’t take it back without receipt, I asked if they didn’t believe us? they could check it, why would we lie that we took stuff from that particular store, that employee even remembered me asking her about some products! After making us wait for a long time, checking the camera recordings, finally manager named Haykush or Haykuhi appears saying- “Why U forgot to take the receipt?” I was outraged, said “are you teaching me how to behave? Whats the problem? we bought it from here, on some reason either I forgot or the cashier didn’t give me the receipt now we need to return the clothes” She continued arguing that her tone was nice! But how can you teach the customer a behavior instead of maximum to ask to be careful and take receipts for the future!! Later she, on purpose, made us wait more, saying she is not sure she can take things back! Left to check as if with the accountant, but why she then was checking the recordings and why she’s didn’t say that they cant take it back after checking the recording?!?! The behavior is unacceptable! Staff there should know they should provide good nice customer service, instead of telling customers how to behave!! Appalling experience!

Everything is good but the colections are too limited

The collection is good, but the placement of the wearings is bad. You can easily pass by the cloth you would really buy.
