How much I love this brand, so much I was disappointed with the service in this store. I bought a present (shoes) that after I gave it as a present we discovered that shoes in the box are of different sizes of the same foot. After we came to the store for exchange, no one even thought of sayin oh, sorry, our mistake, we will change it right away. And we were not making any noise or being rude. Shoes were certainly exchanged by the end, but you must have seen the faces of the store staff as if we were unlikely customes, and no one really did not say a word to us, just exchanged the shoes and thats it, no apologize (just for the note, we are loyal customers of this store). It is a very upseting experience and I hope that store management will take this note for further improvement.
