It was friendly place with good staff n services...
Clean rooms n delicious breakfast appropriate for different tastes...
But if you have noisy neighbors or want make some noise, the voices could be bothering, seems they're in your room!

It’s quite good place to stay, like home style. Very good garden with bar. They make bbq on request. Food is good.

Very good option to stay in Yerevan. Very quiet, the staff is very friendly and always available for everything you need. Also is not far away from the center, around 15 or 20 min walking.
