Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They canceled our flights two days before with no explanations and they also postoned our other flight the day before with no explanation. Then the airport had no idea about our flight, it was not existing for them. Then it was presented with one hour more on the screens at the airport but they said it was not delayed...HO-RR-I-BLE. Never fly with them. No customer service as well.

worste company that you can choose to flight to somewhere. You can book (pay) your flight 2 week before flight. And they will change to other days. None not responsible !!!!!!!!

They canceled my flight, but I cannot get my money back. The don't answer phone calls and don't respond my emails. I filled out the contact form on their web site, but still nothing from them. The worst airline company I ever dealt with!

The flight was canceled. Tried to call to get any feedback - no reply, sent emails - no reply, filled their form - nothing. Despite the cancellation of the flight, the flight is indicated as confirmed in the personal account on their website. This is perhaps the worst airline I have ever dealt with, because anything can happen (cancellations, postponements, etc., especially in the current situation), but I couldn't imagine that I won't be able to reach the company representatives anyhow. Terrible

My husband and I bought tickets Moscow-Yerevan and back, but they canceled both flights. Can't refund: Phone calls and emails are not answered. Filled out the contact form on their website - they are silent. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude from an airline...
