If I could give zero star, I definitely would. We had our wedding in Armenia and I booked this place according to excellent reviews for my guests. In order to make this place comfortable for our guests, I paid for the entire place and all the rooms. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the place and she gave one of the rooms to another tourists. When I realized that I called her and asked her about the issue, she said with the price you paid I could not give you the whole place!!! So I had to book another place for my guests who were supposed to be in that room. Also she said breakfast is included but the first day which was my wedding day and While I was getting ready I informed she didn’t give breakfast to my guests, so I called her and she said oh I didn’t know you want breakfast! If you want breakfast it would be additional charge. In addition, the bathrooms were dirty and they didn’t even clean it once during our stay. Booking this place was the worst experience in my entire life!!!
