Awful, irresponsible, an trustful service of Fedex to Armenia Yerevan. I don't know who is responsible for this. I don't know to whom to blaime first time from Montreal Canada the papares arrived almost 1 week with delay. The parcel was stock in Paris for almost 10 days . They said because the weather conditions in Paris. Second experience even worse. I payed ~100$US to parcel to be delivered from Jerusalem to Yerevan with very important documents. Not only it it super expensive. They are delayed for almost 1 week from the estimated latest delivery date. Still no answers again the parcel in Paris already 10 days. the weather conditions are not applied for this time. Don't recommend it avaoid this service to Yerevan by all means
