Gouroo Gouroo a love story that will never end. Expect your weird food collection. Otherwise the place is amazing. One of the best places in Yerevan.

Come/order here almost everyday and today for some reason, although the place is empty I’ve been refused to sit on a large table away from smokers (as I usually do). You’ll never keep your customers with untrained staff. Peace.

This is a great getaway in the very center of the city. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Overall I can see that over the course of a year the staff has really tried to improve and they at least try their best to satisfy the needs of their customers. HOWEVER 1) I need to state that the burger, which is advertised as one of their best dishes, in particular for people who eat gluten free(including myself) does NOT taste good... I understand very well the trickiness of baking good gluten free bread and it's ok that it might take some time for your team to get it right but getting the meat (burger patty) right should not be very problematic. And you guys are failing at that for the moment. 2) I was just shocked to see that I was charged for a piece of lemon that I asked to have with my water... Guys, 1.5 or 2 dollars are not going to change much for your customers but we all know how much 1/4 or even less of a lemon costs and charging at least 10 times more for that is just unacceptable!!!!! I would never allow myself to comment on your prices overall because I understand that your prices are higher than average and it's perfectly fine since you are able stay in business and you have many clients...As long as there is demand you can choose whatever price you want. But overcharging a somewhat regular customer for a LEMON that is asked with water is just ridiculous..!! You should reconsider some of your policies!!! I do want to and plan on coming to Gouroo again and I do want to enjoy your place but such small and even to some extent insignificant details are a huge huge turn off, especially in today's competitive market!

Wanted to order apple pie, but they didn't have it. The waiter recommended brownie cheesecake which was great!!! Excellent service, very clean and very cozy to spend evening time!
