extremely unprofessional service. Poor management and extremely expensive for below-average facilities (showers not very clean). Two very bad experiences within the span of two weeks - first time, wrong day was booked by the front desk; second time - despite us having paid and confirmed our court, a family using the court for the previous hour refused to move and yelled at us and used their influence to force management to not let us use the court. Management just told us to come back another time! We got our money back but we ended up wasting a couple of hours - with zero apologies from management, who tolerate rude behaviour from their preferred clients. I'm never going back and will rather wait till spring to use the outdoor courts elsewhere in Yerevan!
