The young woman who works there (Hasmik) is extremely helpful and kind. She answered all my questions ( which were many) and gave us tips in order to have memorable stay in Yerevan.Thanks a lot!

This service is amazing. The heart of the service is Hasmik, a young woman who did her best to give us advice and tips in order to enjoy our stay the maximum. Although we had many many questions, not only did she answer with a huge smile and politeness by nature, but she also gave us some extra tips such as a local concert that we truly enjoyed. I strongly recommend to any traveller to visit this office so that to take useful and up to date infos. Very well done. Mentalities like hers, truly promotes tourism in a city /country.
