Their Information Center is conveniently located right near Republic Square in Yerevan, but even more convenient is their free mobile app, where you can find info on trails, how to get to the trail heads, and what there is to see and do in the area. You can also find local accommodations near trails, which is perfect if you want to experience Armenian cultural authentically like I do. Their app is indispensable for hiking in Armenia, I highly recommend it!
