Excellent place to enjoy the city of Yerevan. 10-15 minutes walk from the main Yerevan Square. Locates on the boulevard with the nice fountains and couple of the restaurant nearby. Clean, fresh rooms-- building is less then one year old, very comfortable bed, powerful shower. Breakfast - nothing special, but with the hot dishes and everything is fresh and tasty. Excellent Holiday Inn Express!!!

An excellent location within easy walking distance of Republic Square. The hotel enjoys a pleasant view overlooking a fountain park. Situated near by are a number of affordable restaurants and bars to enjoy a convenient relaxing evening. The rooms are clean and contain all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast option is plentiful but a little basic and does not reflect the quality of cuisine Yerevan is famous for. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a very smart choice.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel in itself is located amidst avenue of maple trees, lined with softly splashing fountains ,dotted with a number of restaurants. Children playing around till late evening reflects the happy and serene city. Enjoyed good , fresh breakfast in the mornings and the support staff were quite amiable. Saw them take extra care of a couple, help their autistic child feed specially made food. Lovely memory,thank you Holiday inn yerevan!!

Everything about this inn was unforgettable. We had a sweet stay. The staff was super polite and helpful and room service was off the hook. Thank you Holiday Inn!
