We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2019. Mr Vladimir, his brother and mother run the hotel and they were all super nice and friendly. They speak English, so communication wasn't an issue. The property is new and exactly like in the pictures and is located about 15min from the centre. We got rooms with the beautiful view of the snow capped Ararat mountain. Loved the daily homemade breakfast spread. Free airport pickup was provided. The day we travelled to Tatev, breakfast was arranged for us an hour earlier than the usual breakfast time. We reached back to the hotel after midnight, exhausted but we were welcomed with a smile and dinner was served to us (which we ordered on the way back). Truly felt at home.

Excellent hotel

Brand new private hotel with hospitable hosts. Large spacious rooms, a huge bed on which parents and a child can comfortably accommodate. The balcony offers stunning views of the old city and Ararat. The room has plenty of towels, gels / shampoos, toothbrushes and slippers. Quiet sleeping area. Nearby there is a large supermarket and the store of the famous confectionery factory Grand Candy. The hotel is perfect for tourists with cars. There are no parking problems. The rest will have to use taxi services. We went to Yandex. In the center 600-1300AMD (depending on demand) 2 times morning rush hours there were no free cars at all. Plan your trip in advance. For some reason, breakfast is allotted from 9:00 to 11:00. If you have planned excursions, ask in advance to be fed early.
