Canceled my reservation 2 days before the actual date, and they have tried to charge me an entire night! I would suggest anybody else trying to book a hotel in Yerevan, to look somewhere else. Probably a 4 or 5 star hotel which does not have bogus policies. If they ever change their fraudulent policy i might give them a try. I have stayed in different places in Yerevan never had this type of issue. I wonder how many other's have been charged falsely. I would dispute this on booking networks as well.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel..inside the city and near to every store and restaurant that u need.also all the staff are kind.

excellent location and superb staff. Highly recommended.

A clean/new good hotel, close to Liberty Square. Bathroom was tiny but ok. The breakfast is a really good buffet.
