Highly recommended. The staff service is great. All are good, helpful and are ready to help their guests. Rooms are big and are cleaned every day. Breakfast is fantastic. Everything is OK. Promise to come back......

Hotel is nice. Breakfast is typical local, some cooked rice and potatoes are also served along with the meat cuts and the cheese. Fresh veggies, fruits and jams are present. Different kind of cooked eggs are served every day. We had the suite with a jacuzzi. The electricity was off couple of the times during our last day at the hotel. No information was provided. Housekeeping did not always respect the DND sign. Front desk manager was very professional, service oriented. Basically the only one who was so professional at the hotel. Location of the hotel is not very central but we did not mind walking 20-30min to downtown Yerevan. There is a small parking area outside the hotel. The quality of the hotel was good. Our suite was quite large compared to the small rooms we had in Tbilisi.

Pretty good hotel. Although it's rated 4 star, many services are not available. The rooms were comfortable but the staff didn't speak English, hence communication was a little difficult

It's definitely comfortable hotel with good interior and price/value ratio.

We had a great stay here: the staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to help us. One example - we had only large currency notes and had booked a taxi to take us to a restaurant for dinner. The night receptionist gave us the money for the taxi fare and told us that we could pay him back later. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was a great buffet of delicious things.
